This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Tick Boom! (the “App”), a mobile game for iOS. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address. The App does not include its own analytics.
The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and its advertising partners may collect and process certain information from your device, including:
This information is used to deliver, measure, and improve advertising, including personalized ads where you have provided consent. For privacy-preserving measurement, the App also uses Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which allows ad networks to attribute installs without identifying you.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob and the advertising partners participating in its network. Google and these partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through ads, and their use of that data is governed by their own policies:
The App offers a “Remove Ads” purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s own Privacy Policy.
On iOS, the App asks for your permission before using the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking. You can allow or decline this request, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App displays a consent form (provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform) before ads are loaded, so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy settings option in the App.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights regarding data we control, contact us at the email below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Depending on your state, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to opt out of certain advertising. Declining tracking (see Section 4) limits the use of your advertising identifier for personalized ads.
Tick Boom! is intended for a general audience of various ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from, or serve personalized (targeted) advertising to, children as defined by applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, or has been shown personalized advertising contrary to our policies, please contact us at fitbooster.dev@gmail.com so that we can address it.
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data collected by Google AdMob and its partners is retained and protected in accordance with their respective policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
